GENERAL
Eric sells everything digital...digital cameras, peripherals, monitors, printers, desktop and laptop computers, as well as consumables. He specializes in prepress and desktop publishing systems, but is not limited to them.

COMPUTERS
We have learned the desktop publishing business from its infancy, utilizing Macs since 1987. We can assist with training, deployment, troubleshooting and repair and have a through knowledge of integrating systems to the client’s budget and needs. We are also authorized to sell most major and popular brands of computers, printers, memory, monitors, storage and backup devices as well as consumable supplies such as toner, paper, ink cartridges, etc.

SOFTWARE
We sell most major software titles from individual retail box to volume licensing, including Adobe, Microsoft, and hard to find software packages. Just call us and we'll do our best to give you customer satisfaction and great prices.

TRAINING
Eric enjoys one-on-one training, working at the customer's pace to insure that the customer comes away knowing what they wanted to learn. We have flexible hours and can meet at our office or the client's office or home. Whether you are learning a computer for the first time and want to learn basics or are interested in more technical matters, we cater to your needs.

The purchase of a computer should be a thoughtful process, not a spur-of-the-moment decision. We can sit down with you and discuss your present needs, future needs and your budget to arrive at the best product to meet these conditions.

TROUBLESHOOTING
We all like to think that everything will go smoothly, but often that doesn't happen, and we are at the mercy of a professional to help us out. When things do go wrong, we usually cannot afford down time. We offer 24/7 availability to help get you back on your feet. Most of the time, we can answer questions over the phone, but if that doesn't get you up and running, we are available to come to your office or home to solve your computer hardware/software problems. We have 24 years of Mac experience and two PC literate people on call.
