GENERAL
   Giraphics was one of the first desktop publishing companies in the East Texas area. Established in 1987, we specialize in computer illustration, page layout and design. Our knowledge base of the pre-press and graphics industry encompasses many of the well known products and software packages for both Apple and PC platforms.
   If you need advice, training, evaluation, or technical expertise, we have the resources to help you, or we have access to people who do!

TRAINING
   Giraphics offers a variety of personalized training programs. For those who are first time users, we offer training on the make up of a computer, basic operation, care and maintenance, loading software, etc. For others who are already familiar with the computer, we can offer basic training with a number of programs from Pagemaker, Quark, Powerpoint, Word and Excel to more advanced programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

COMPUTER NEEDS EVALUATION
   The purchase of a computer should be a thoughtful process, not a spur-of-the-moment decision. We can sit down with you and discuss your present needs, future needs and your budget to arrive at the best product to meet these conditions.
 

TROUBLESHOOTING
   We all like to think that everything will go smoothly, but often that doesn't happen, and we are at the mercy of a professional to help us out. When things do go wrong, we usually cannot afford down time. We offer 24/7 availability to help get you back on your feet. Most of the time, we can answer questions over the phone, but if that doesn't get you up and running, we are available to come to your office or home to solve your computer hardware/software problems. We have 15 years of Mac experience and two PC literate people on call.

NETWORKING
We offer basic small business and home networking needs for both Mac and PC.
